About Me
I have over ten years in digital and operational transformation at Joules, The Harborough Hare, and Ted Baker. Clients including the University of Oxford and Our Co-op. Programme turnarounds, mergers, teams under real pressure to get it right.
I built the development and change function at Joules and Ted Baker, delivering operational and change maturity.
Alongside the consulting work, I'm a qualified systemic coach and I work as an executive and leadership coach, supporting leaders in complex, high-visibility roles to be more accountable for what they're actually there to do. I mentor through the Helena Kennedy Foundation.
I build brilliant people to do brilliant things.
Three things sit underneath everything I do:
-
Respect time : my own and other people’s. Be on time, and if that is not possible, communicate early.
-
Bring the right energy : inspire and support the people around you.
-
Be accountable : take responsibility for decisions and create accountability within the teams you lead.
Outside work I'm an ultra-runner, a wild swimmer, and a ceramicist.
I don't know I can't do something, so I usually just try.
