Executive & Leadership Coaching  1-2-1

Coaching to help you lead in a way that fits your strengths and how you actually think, not a template. We work on what's shaping your impact day to day communication, influencing, decision-making, how you handle pressure and on the doubt or self-criticism that gets in the way of leading with confidence.

Agile Coaching

Working alongside teams in their day-to-day delivery  not consulting from the outside, but coaching them through the habits, rituals, and decisions that make a way of working actually stick. Building the confidence and rhythm for a team to run their own delivery well, in a way that fits them rather than a textbook version of agile.

Systemic Team Coaching

Coaching the leadership team as a whole, not each person on their own. How a team makes decisions together, where the friction actually sits, what gets quietly avoided  that shapes delivery more than any one person's skill.

This looks at the team as a system: the patterns, roles, and relationships either helping them deliver or getting in their own way. It sits right alongside Leadership Team Alignment on the consulting side, but comes at it as a coach rather than an advisor.
