Independent perspective and structured challenge for the leaders responsible for a transformation programme. Reviewing programmes that have lost momentum, questioning governance and decision-making, helping leadership get clear on priorities, and naming the structural issues actually slowing things down. The aim is to get the programme moving again with confidence.

Programme Recovery

For programmes that have started to drift, or lost the room's confidence. Diagnosing what's really behind the friction, stabilising governance, getting roles and decision rights clear again, resetting the rhythm and priorities. This work is usually time-sensitive  it needs clear thinking and real delivery experience, not a framework.

Mergers, Integration & Transfer of Engagements

Supporting organisations through mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or transfer of engagements. Setting up governance for the integration, supporting leadership through the transition, aligning delivery across newly combined teams, and keeping delivery going while the structure changes underneath it.

Leadership Team Alignment

For leadership teams where decision-making, accountability, or priorities have gone unclear during a period of change. Helping the team align on shared priorities, strengthen how they decide things together, and reduce the friction getting in their own way.
